Customer's Requirement: good abrasive resistance.
Screw's quality: bimetallic screw, base material: rolled 38CrMoAlA, 10%-15% tungsten carbide powder will be added at screw's alloy layer.
Barrel's quality: barrel will be made into two parts, a alloy liner will be pushed into the extruder zone to increase the abrasive resistance, the rest part will be the nitrided quality, two parts will be connected by bolts.
