Screw's quality: bimetallic screw, base material: 38CrMoAlA, steel from BAOSTEEL company, 10%-15% tungsten carbide powder will be added at screw's alloy layer.

Barrel's quality: extruder zone with alloy/ bimetal liner, the rest part is nitriding quality (base material: 38CrMoAlA).
